The Toast Heard Around Town The centerpiece of the activation is a daily celebratory ritual held Thursday through Saturday at 5:30 p.m. Dubbed "The Toast Heard Around Town," the moment features a ceremonial Moët & Chandon Champagne tower pour, perfectly choreographed alongside live musical accompaniment beneath CLOCKWORK's statement timepiece and soaring ceilings. Beyond the bubbles, guests can order curated pairing bites, specialty cocktails, and prestige cuvées by the glass or bottle.

The Setting & Scene Situated directly off the Fairmont Royal York’s grand lobby, CLOCKWORK is one of Toronto's premier cocktail lounges, known for its opulent mid-century railway aesthetic and buzzy atmosphere.
