As the Toronto International Film Festival takes over downtown, CLOCKWORK Champagne & Cocktails inside the historic Fairmont Royal York is turning up the glamour with a dedicated Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge. Running throughout the festival season, the lounge serves as an elegant hub for pre-screening sips, post-gala celebrations, and stylish nightcaps right across from Union Station.

The Toast Heard Around Town The centerpiece of the activation is a daily celebratory ritual held Thursday through Saturday at 5:30 p.m. Dubbed "The Toast Heard Around Town," the moment features a ceremonial Moët & Chandon Champagne tower pour, perfectly choreographed alongside live musical accompaniment beneath CLOCKWORK's statement timepiece and soaring ceilings. Beyond the bubbles, guests can order curated pairing bites, specialty cocktails, and prestige cuvées by the glass or bottle.

The Setting & Scene Situated directly off the Fairmont Royal York’s grand lobby, CLOCKWORK is one of Toronto's premier cocktail lounges, known for its opulent mid-century railway aesthetic and buzzy atmosphere. During TIFF, it becomes a prime spot for people-watching, industry gatherings, and festival-goers seeking a polished refuge between screenings in the Entertainment District.

Practical Information CLOCKWORK is located inside the Fairmont Royal York at 100 Front Street West, immediately accessible via Union Station's subway, GO Transit, and UP Express links. The lounge opens daily at 4:00 p.m. While walk-ins are welcomed, early arrival is strongly advised during peak festival evenings, particularly around the 5:30 p.m. ceremonial pour.
