Looking for a creative way to spend your Friday night? Head over to the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) on May 22 for Maker Night: Origami Society of Toronto. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the intricate art of paper-folding from the experts themselves.
What to Expect
Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience with origami, this workshop is open to everyone. The event takes place in Walker Court from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. All materials are provided, and there's no need to register in advance—just show up and get folding. It's a great, low-pressure way to socialize and learn a new skill in one of the city's most beautiful spaces.
Practical Information
This event is free with general admission to the AGO. It’s a perfect way to kick off your weekend before heading out to dinner in the nearby Chinatown or Queen West neighbourhoods. For more details, you can visit ago.ca/events/maker-night-origami-society-toronto.
