Toronto’s cocktail scene is getting a major Scandinavian injection this August as the award-winning hospitality collective The Pompette Group welcomes the team behind Stockholm’s Lucy’s Flower Shop for a stellar three-day collaboration.

### What to Expect Running from August 9 to 11 across some of College Street’s finest hospitality spots, this series bridges the gap between Nordic minimalism and Toronto's vibrant bar culture. Lucy’s Flower Shop—previously ranked No. 49 on The World's 50 Best Bars list—is renowned for its precise, ingredient-forward approach.

The residency kicks off on Sunday, August 9 at Bar Pompette (607 College St), recently crowned Toronto's Best Bar for the third consecutive year. Catch a one-night-only guest shift starting at 7 p.m. featuring four signature Stockholm cocktails served until they run out. On Monday, August 10, the action shifts down the street to Bar Allegro for a dynamic, evolving guest shift alongside World Class bartender Jacob Martin and local favourite Uh Bar, complete with a live DJ set by Lucy’s co-founder Ola Carlson.
