JOURNEY OF THE MIND

Offering a timely reflection on modern anxiety and collective wellbeing, 'Journey of the Mind' makes its downtown Toronto stop at the historic Campbell House Museum. Following international runs in the UK and North America, this thoughtful exhibition explores the nature of the human mind through contemporary abstract and figurative works alongside short films.

Drawing directly on the philosophical writings of Sikh teachers, the exhibition examines how historical concepts of mindfulness, community support, and selfless service can offer clarity and inner steadiness amid today's digital noise and global pressures. The diverse artist lineup features notable contemporary creators such as Jagdeep Raina, Manjot Kaur, Amrit Singh Sandhu, and many others.

Housed at Campbell House at Queen and University—just steps from Osgoode Station—the exhibition is entirely free and open to the public Tuesday through Saturday. It's a peaceful and thought-provoking midday stop in the financial and legal district.
