Tired of eating the same sad chicken and rice all week? It’s time to rethink your meal prep. Join private chef Adelaide Page at the Centre for Social Innovation on Spadina for a workshop that teaches you how to prep smarter, not harder.

The 'Mix and Match' Method Adelaide, who grew up on Toronto Island in a family of excellent cooks, brings her professional expertise to this class. Instead of prepping finished meals, you'll learn to prepare versatile components—proteins, condiments, grains, and garnishes—that can be mixed and matched to create 4-6 different meals throughout the week.

What You'll Learn In this session, you'll prepare: * **Proteins:** Pulled chicken, Korean BBQ glazed bacon, and soft-boiled eggs. * **Condiments:** Scallion aioli and a rich chicken gravy. * **Sides & Bases:** A hearty bean and arugula salad, a nutrient-dense grain cooked in homemade stock, and crispy chicken skin garnishes.

By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills to turn these simple ingredients into everything from sandwiches and salads to comforting soups and entrees. You’ll even get to take home your creations in reusable containers to kickstart your week.
