Così fan tutte

Mozart’s sparkling and cynical masterwork of human folly, *Così fan tutte*, returns to the Canadian Opera Company stage this October. Acclaimed Canadian film and theatre director Atom Egoyan helms this revival, bringing a razor-sharp psychological depth to the libretto's infamous "School for Lovers" plot, where a cynical bet leads two young soldiers to test the fidelity of their fiancées.

Vocally, this production boasts an impressive roster of rising talent. Soprano Lauren Fagan and mezzo-soprano Martina Myskohlid star as the testing sisters Fiordiligi and Dorabella, alongside tenor Laurence Kilsby making his highly anticipated house debut as Ferrando, and COC Ensemble Studio graduate Joel Allison returning as Guglielmo.
