Get ready to feast and celebrate at the Caribbean Street Food Festival 2026, taking over Riverside Common Park on Sunday, August 30.
What to Expect
This lively community gathering is designed to feel like an authentic Caribbean backyard lyme. Visitors can look forward to classic island sounds where African drumming meets steel pan playing, alongside heavy doses of soca, calypso, and reggae. Beyond the incredible street food vendors serving up island favorites, the event features interactive games like 'Jeopardy: Caribbean Style' and 'Family Feud: Island vs. Island,' plus a spin-to-win prize wheel for attendees who register in advance.
Getting There & Making a Day of It
Located at 657 Queen Street East, Riverside Common Park sits right in the heart of Toronto's historic Riverside neighbourhood. Admission is completely free, though registration via Eventbrite is encouraged if you want a shot at spinning the wheel. While you're in the area, take some time to explore Riverside's independent boutiques, cozy cafes, and craft breweries, or stroll down toward the nearby Don River and Corktown Common for a full afternoon of summer exploring.
