1970s Italian Aperitivo by Way of Mexico City Founded by brothers Ricardo and Eduardo Nava, Bar Mauro was created as an homage to their grandfather and his lifelong passion for Italian aperitivo culture. The CDMX hotspot seamlessly blends classic mid-century cocktail philosophy with contemporary mixology craft.
