Montessori Jewish Day School (MJDS) is an accredited CCMA independent day school situated on Yeomans Road in North York's Bathurst Manor community. MJDS is the only Jewish Montessori school in Toronto, offering a harmonious dual curriculum of authentic Montessori academic education integrated with Jewish values, Hebrew language, and cultural traditions for children from 18 months through Grade 8.
The multi-age classrooms allow students to master both general academic curricula (mathematics, science, social studies, and language arts) and Judaic studies at their individual developmental pace. Hebrew is taught through immersion and Montessori hands-on learning methods.
The facility features dedicated arts and music spaces, a beit midrash, indoor athletics gym, and safe outdoor recreational playgrounds.
