Yumei Sushi Menu & What to Order The kitchen balances pristine nigiri and sashimi platters with comforting Korean-Japanese crossover staples. Start with the comforting, pepper-laced Spicy Fish Soup loaded with white fish and tofu before moving on to the show-stopping Sashimi Boat or Love Boat, piled high with fresh bluefin tuna, salmon, and hamachi. From the hot kitchen, order the salt-grilled yellowtail cheek or the rich grilled black cod. Plant-based diners have substantial variety as well, spanning mixed vegetable maki combos, crisp yam tempura, and vegetable bibimbap.

Know Before You Go Dinner seats fill up quickly with Beach residents between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on weekends, so phone reservations are strongly recommended. Street parking along Queen East is tough to find during peak beach weather, making the 501 Queen streetcar the easiest transit option. The dining room operates exclusively for evening service Tuesday through Sunday, remaining closed on Mondays.
