Withrow Park’s off-leash is a Riverdale neighbourhood fixture: a designated OLA in the park along Logan Avenue, with GIS placing it (unlit) in the park. Ice rink, fields, and a playground share the site, so the dog area is a signed zone rather than the whole lawn. Weekend mornings are busy with families; early weekday evenings are for the regulars.
