Founded in 2025 by young restaurateur Lily Huang and her partner, the intimate space features a minimalist counter setup geared toward casual dining and quick takeout. With a handful of stools and warm hospitality, the shop focuses on homestyle Vietnamese desserts and baguettes made entirely in-house.

Viet Bites Menu & What to Order The menu centers on authentic Hải Phòng bánh mì que—crispy, pencil-thin mini baguettes packed with rich house-made pork pâté and spicy sauce—alongside full-sized grilled pork banh mi on freshly baked, soft bread. Pair the savory snacks with Viet Bites' signature chè sweet soups, particularly the refreshing Coco Crush (Dừa Dầm) with fresh coconut jelly and shredded young coconut, or the rich Durian Chè loaded with jackfruit and pandan jelly. Round out the meal with a classic phin-dripped iced Vietnamese coffee or a tart Thai lime iced tea.

Know Before You Go Viet Bites operates strictly on a walk-in basis with no reservations, meaning the small dining area fills fast during weekend afternoons and peak lunch rushes.
