Focused on high-quality takeout and rapid counter service, the shop prepares made-to-order maki rolls, pressed aburi sushi, and vibrant poke bowls using fresh sashimi-grade fish and house-blended sauces.

U Know Sushi Menu & What to Order The Aburi Salmon Dragon Roll is a top selection, torch-seared tableside with sweet soy glaze and spicy mayo over a crispy shrimp tempura center. Another favorite is the crispy Salmon Sushi Pizza, layering spicy salmon and flying fish roe atop a fried rice crust.
