Trattoria Fieramosca Menu & What to Order The kitchen specializes in authentic wood-fired cooking, handmade pastas, and regional meat and seafood dishes. The house Osso Buco alla Milanese is braised until meltingly tender and served over saffron risotto. Pasta highlights include Tagliolini ai Frutti di Mare brimming with calamari, clams, and shrimp, as well as delicate gnocchi in rich gorgonzola cream.
