It operates without fuss or fanfare, focusing on reliable hot-and-cold Japanese classics backed by Korean specialties.

Toji Sushi Japanese Cuisine Menu & What to Order The kitchen turns out generous portions of fresh nigiri, specialty maki, and comforting noodle and rice dishes. Start with the house green salad dressed in a bright homemade ginger sauce alongside the crispy salmon sushi pizza. For mains, the All Salmon Sushi Dinner and the sprawling Hae Dup Bap (a generous sashimi rice bowl tossed with crisp greens and spicy sauce) are reliable winners, while vegetarians can lean on the yam-and-avocado rolls and agedashi tofu. Pair your meal with hot house sake or a cold Asahi.

Know Before You Go Seating is primarily walk-in only, and the dining room fills quickly during prime Friday and Saturday dinner rushes.
