Operating an open baking floor centered around blazing flat ovens, Tilal specializes in freshly pressed Lebanese manakeesh, folded meat pies, and hearth-baked pocket breads that are rolled, topped, and blistered right before your eyes.

Tilal Bakery Menu & What to Order Start with the aromatic Za'atar Manakeesh, brushed generously with wild thyme, sumac, sesame seeds, and olive oil, or order a half-and-half combining herbal za'atar with creamy Akkawi cheese. The Lahm Bi Ajeen delivers a paper-thin pastry crust blanketed in finely minced spiced beef, tomatoes, and onions.
