Overseen by Executive Chef Daniel Schick, the room balances rich millwork, oil paintings, and low, ambient lighting with plush velvet armchairs, banquettes, and a handsome wooden bar counter. It is one of the Financial District’s most civilized spots for a quiet business lunch, post-work cocktails, or a nightcap.

The Consort Bar Menu & What to Order The kitchen turns out elevated hotel classics alongside upscale comfort plates, highlighted by the decadent Canadian Burger topped with cheese curds, peameal bacon, caramelized onions, and grainy mustard mayo. For something lighter or late-night, order the classically seasoned steak tartare served with house kettle chips, or the PEI mussels steamed in chardonnay with frites.
