Anchored at 215 King Street East in Old Town Toronto, The Chef's House serves as the public dining room and live culinary laboratory for George Brown College’s Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts. The contemporary, sunlit space features an expansive 60-seat dining room oriented toward an open kitchen where aspiring chefs work under veteran instructor chefs. The Chef's House Menu & What to Order The rotating seasonal menu leans into polished contemporary Canadian fare rooted in classical French technique. Standout mains include pan-roasted duck breast paired with pearl couscous and tart blueberry gastrique, as well as miso-glazed salmon plated with braised daikon and shiitake mushrooms. Cap off the meal with the Millionaire's chocolate tart layered with dulce de leche and crispy feuilletine.
