Connected with emerging culinary talents trained through George Brown College programs, it brings accessible fine-bistro dining and elevated comfort dishes to the Rogers Road commercial strip.

The Chef House and Cafe Menu & What to Order The seasonal bistro menu highlights European-influenced scratch cooking. Diners start with steaming bowls of PEI Mussels sautéed with white wine, shallots, garlic, and fine herbs, accompanied by crusty bread. Entree highlights include Pan-Roasted Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops served with rosemary jus, pan-seared sea bass over creamy saffron risotto, and rich Truffle Mushroom Fettuccine.
