The Brick Room Menu & What to Order Coffee programs are built around meticulously calibrated seasonal beans sourced from top micro-roasters. The manual single-origin pour-over bar highlights subtle floral and fruit tasting notes, while the espresso bar delivers velvety cortados and flat whites steamed with silky microfoam.
