Terroni Menu & What to Order The meal starts with Terroni's iconic Funghi Assoluti—warm oyster mushrooms baked with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon, and generous shavings of Parmigiano-Reggiano. Handmade pastas are revered across the city, highlighted by Tonnarelli alla Norcina tossed with sweet Italian sausage and black truffle cream, and hearty Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. Roman thin-crust pizzas are baked with blistered crusts (and famously uncut), led by the classic Margherita D.O.P. and Pizza San Giorgio with spicy calabrese salame.

Know Before You Go Open Monday through Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Thursday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Seating on the celebrated rooftop patio operates strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early on sunny days is essential.
