Expanding from popular appearances at local farmers' markets to a permanent brick-and-mortar dumpling shop, it produces handmade, organic Himalayan momos crafted with care using locally sourced meats and produce.

Tc Tibetan Momo Menu & What to Order Every dumpling is hand-pleated with tender, springy dough wrappers and juicy fillings. The traditional Juicy Beef MoMo—stuffed with seasoned ground beef, onions, and ginger—is the essential order, served steamed with fiery house-crafted Tibetan roasted chili oil and pickled daikon radish. Vegetarian and plant-based diners praise the Cheese & Spinach MoMo, savory Tofu & Vegetable MoMo, and Chicken Cilantro MoMo. Customers also purchase frozen 20-piece party bags and jars of artisan chili crunch to cook at home.
