Tapas at Embrujo Menu & What to Order The dining feast centers around authentic sharing tapas: Gambas al Ajillo sizzling in garlic-infused olive oil and chili, bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with almonds and drizzled with wildflower honey, and golden lobster croquettes with saffron aioli. Large parties share the traditional Seafood Paella Valenciana, laden with black tiger shrimp, mussels, calamari, and saffron bomba rice cooked to develop a crusty bottom socarrat.
