Tacomania Menu & What to Order The kitchen specializes in heavily stacked, two-hander street tacos and melted-cheese comfort staples. The quesabirria tacos—crisped on the flat top, packed with tender slow-braised beef, and paired with a rich dipping consommé—are non-negotiable, alongside the multi-layered Birria Pizza built for sharing. Carnivores will appreciate traditional cuts like beef cabeza, al pastor, and the Campechano Special (grilled steak folded with chorizo), while the crispy Baja fish taco with crunchy cabbage and chipotle mayo offers a reliable seafood hit.
