Taco Lupita Menu & What to Order The taco lineup is anchored by slow-braised beef and lamb Birria served with chopped cilantro, white onions, and rich dipping consomé. The Chicken al Pastor is spit-marinated with achiote and topped with sweet charred pineapple chunks, while the Carne Asada features tender flame-seared flank steak.
