Sushi Q Menu & What to Order Patrons can pick up ready-to-go bento boxes or request customized rolls from the sushi chef. The Salmon Lover Trio offers an assortment of raw salmon sashimi, nigiri, and spicy maki. The Crispy Dynamite Roll pairs shrimp tempura with cool cucumber and ripe avocado.
