What is Sushi Q? Sushi Q at 1 Dundas Street West is a fast-casual Japanese sushi and noodle counter located in the northern concourse of the CF Toronto Eaton Centre, adjacent to Dundas subway station. Providing quick, wholesome meals for shoppers, downtown office workers, and Toronto Metropolitan University students, it offers pre-packaged sushi boxes, made-to-order maki, and hot ramen bowls.

Sushi Q Menu & What to Order The counter displays freshly prepared sushi boxes throughout the day. The Salmon Lover combo—featuring salmon nigiri, fresh salmon sashimi, and spicy salmon maki—is the best-selling lunch set. The Dynamite Roll with tempura shrimp and avocado is rolled crisp to order. On colder days, the hot noodle counter serves Japanese ramen in rich broths, notably the Spicy Miso Ramen topped with tender pork chashu, seasoned soft-boiled egg, and scallions.

Know Before You Go Open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (following CF Toronto Eaton Centre retail hours). Shared food court seating is available in the mall concourse. Direct indoor access to Dundas TTC subway station makes it completely weatherproof. Mobile order pickup can be arranged through Uber Eats and DoorDash.
