Sunlight Bakery Menu & What to Order The bakery's foundation is its Jamaican hard dough bread—dense, slightly sweet, and perfect for slicing thick and slathering with butter or cheese. Golden, flaky Jamaican beef patties arrive piping hot with spiced beef or chicken filling, frequently stuffed inside warm, fluffy coco bread for the classic Toronto-Caribbean lunch sandwich.
