What is Sulee Dosirak? Sulee Dosirak is an independent Korean kitchen stall located inside a converted shipping container at Market 707 on Dundas Street West, near Bathurst. Operated by siblings Mike and Su Jin Won, the micro-eatery focuses on homestyle Korean comfort dishes and portable dosirak (Korean bento boxes) prepared fresh with traditional family recipes and balanced banchan side dishes.

Sulee Dosirak Menu & What to Order The house dosirak bento boxes come partitioned with steamed rice, seasonal banchan sides, and savoury mains like tender braised pork bone jjim or sweet soy bulgogi beef. The SuLee Bulgogi Bibimbap is a colourful bowl loaded with sauteed zucchini, carrots, spinach, shiitake mushrooms, seasoned bean sprouts, and a fried egg over rice with house gochujang. Gimbap rolls are rolled fresh to order, notably the KBBQ Gimbap stuffed with pork belly and ssamjang. Vegan options like tofu portobello dosirak are also prominently featured.

Know Before You Go Open Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (closed Sundays).
