Stages Restaurant and Lounge Menu & What to Order The kitchen emphasizes contemporary Canadian cuisine prepared with seasonal Ontario produce. Morning service features full hot breakfast spreads, including smoked salmon avocado toast, eggs Benedict with peameal, and buttermilk pancake stacks. For dinner, popular mains include pan-seared Atlantic salmon, grilled AAA striploin steak with demi-glace, and wild mushroom risotto. As an official partner of Massey Hall, the lounge creates themed feature cocktails alongside a popular post-show special of drinks and shareable desserts.

Know Before You Go Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Dinner service runs nightly from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Pre-show dinner reservations via OpenTable are strongly encouraged when major performances are scheduled at Massey Hall. Valet parking is available through the hotel entrance.
