What is St Urbain Bagel? St Urbain Bagel is a Montreal-style bagel shop inside the St. Lawrence Market on Front Street. The bagels are wood-fired in the traditional Montreal fashion—smaller, denser, and sweeter than their New York counterparts—and come out with that signature charred, slightly honeyed crust. It's one of the few places in Toronto where you can get a proper Montreal bagel without driving to Quebec.

St Urbain Bagel Menu & What to Order The sesame and poppy seed bagels are the classics—order them fresh and warm if the timing works out. Beyond the basics, cinnamon-raisin, blueberry, onion-garlic, and multi-grain varieties round out the selection. Buy them by the half-dozen or dozen for the best value. The Bagel & Lox sandwich is the flagship—cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, tomatoes, and onion on a fresh sesame bagel. The BLT on bagel is a solid lunch order, and the cinnamon buns are a sweet finish that sells out early on Saturdays.
