The Saturday Farmers Market is the North Building half of St. Lawrence Market: 92–95 Front Street East. Official hours page stlawrencemarket.com/pages/hours_parking posts Saturdays 5 a.m.–3 p.m. year-round, including the winter holiday season. That is the farmers market — not the South Market hall (Tuesday–Friday 9 a.m.–7 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m.–5 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday closed). First-timers: the North Building is the 5 a.m. Ontario-grower floor; walk next door to the South Market after for the permanent stalls and the peameal bacon sandwich. Saturday Green P at Lower Jarvis and The Esplanade is $1/hour for the first two hours, 5 a.m.–6 p.m. Phone (416) 392-7219, email stlawrencemarket@toronto.ca. Do not treat Sunday as farmers-market day — Sunday is the antique/variety market.
