The bakery is famous across the city for its authentic, slow-fermented organic sourdough breads, crafted using traditional techniques and stone-deck ovens.

St. John's Bakery Menu & What to Order The 48-hour naturally fermented sourdoughs form the backbone of the production schedule. The Cilantro Olive sourdough is the signature loaf, loaded with kalamata olives and fresh cilantro. Other staple loaves include the Angeligus white sourdough, Celtic whole grain, and wholesome Spelt bread. The bakery counter also offers sweet baked treats like organic cream scones loaded with blueberries or cranberries, moist banana walnut bread, and old-fashioned ginger molasses cookies.

Know Before You Go Closed Sundays and Mondays. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
