What is Sprouty? Sprouty is a 100% gluten-free and dairy-free café on Gerrard Street East in Leslieville. Every item on the menu is made without gluten or dairy, and most options are fully vegan. It started as a full café and now focuses on baked goods pre-orders and afternoon high tea bookings—a shift that's let them double down on quality. The high tea experience is a rare find for anyone with dietary restrictions who's been locked out of traditional tea service.

Sprouty Menu & What to Order The high tea is the flagship experience: a tiered spread of finger sandwiches, fresh-baked scones, and pastries, all gluten-free and dairy-free. For pre-orders, the baked goods rotate but typically include muffins, cookies, and cakes. The Truffle Melt sandwich and Tofu Scramble bagel have been menu favourites. Specialty lattes and organic teas round out the drinks side. Seasonal soft-serve ice cream appears in warmer months.
