Spaces North York

Spaces North York at 5200 Yonge Street puts an IWG/Spaces-branded designer coworking and serviced-office floor directly on the North York Centre subway node: Empress Walk, civic services, and Yonge dining downstairs. It is the clearest north-of-401 Best Of pick for people who refuse a downtown commute: coworking desks, private offices, and meeting rooms with the Spaces hospitality wrap. Day access and coworking memberships are sold through Spaces / IWG channels rather than a local indie day-pass portal, so book ahead online. Expect a polished chain aesthetic and a professional noise floor. Ideal geographic balance on this list when every other desk on your shortlist is south of Bloor.
