What is Soy Boys? Soy Boys is a plant-based fast-food joint on Church Street in the Village, built around a tight menu of vegan burgers, waffle fries, and soft serve. The concept is simple: deliver the greasy late-night burger experience without any animal products. Open until 3 AM most nights, it fills the gap between bar close and bed, pulling in a steady stream of post-club crowds and vegan converts alike.

Soy Boys Menu & What to Order The menu is deliberately small. Burgers come as singles or doubles using Impossible patties, dressed with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and house sauce—add vegan cheddar if you're going all in. The chicken-style burger uses Lightlife fillets for a different texture. Waffle fries are the signature side and essentially mandatory. Chicken tenders round out the fried options. Finish with a swirl of vegan soft-serve ice cream in rotating flavours.
