Shreeji Panipuri

What is Shreeji Panipuri? Tucked inside a commercial strip at 5010 Steeles Avenue West in West Humber-Clairville, Shreeji Panipuri is a focused, no-frills Indian street food counter dedicated entirely to fresh, crisp chaats. The space is minimalist and brightly lit, built around a live preparation station where staff assemble crunchy hollow puris filled on demand. Seating is strictly casual with a handful of simple tables and standing space for diners tackling live-served snacks on the spot.

Shreeji Panipuri Menu & What to Order The main draw here is the live and unlimited pani puri service, featuring delicate, shatter-crisp puris filled with spiced potato and chickpea masala, then splashed with your choice of chilled, tangy mint-coriander or sweet tamarind water. For those who prefer creamy and sweet contrasts, the dahi puri comes drenched in thick seasoned yogurt, chutneys, and fine sev. The entire menu is 100% vegetarian, with takeout party packs available by the dozen if you want to assemble them at home.

Know Before You Go This is a walk-in counter operation where no reservations are taken, and lines often form during weekend evenings when the after-dinner chaat crowd arrives. The plaza offers ample free surface parking right out front, though TTC bus routes running along Steeles West provide straightforward transit access. Operating hours run late every afternoon into the evening throughout the week.
