Designed to showcase their ultra-premium, small-batch ice creams in a fast-casual food hall format, the modern kiosk serves hand-scooped waffle cones, cups, and takeaway pints in the historic 1930s machine shop complex.

Scooped by Demetres Menu & What to Order Every batch is crafted from Ontario dairy with an ultra-rich 16% butterfat base, and the entire facility is strictly 100% peanut-free. The legendary Honey Vanilla has anchored the brand since its inception, combining pure clover honey with fragrant bourbon vanilla. Innovative modern creations include Cajeta Swirled Goat Cheese—balancing tangy Ontario goat cheese with sweet Mexican goat's milk caramel—and Double Baked Apple Pie loaded with caramelized apples and brown sugar oat streusel.
