Roasting ethically sourced single-origin green coffee beans on-site in small batches, Savoury Grounds combines the dedication of a specialty coffee lab with the cozy warmth of a beloved community living room.

Skilled baristas pull rich espresso shots and brew pour-overs showcasing their rotating seasonal roasts, with patrons regularly praising the velvet flat whites and cold brew steeped for twenty hours. The food lineup caters broadly to dietary needs, prominently featuring vegan and gluten-free pastries supplied fresh daily by Bunner's Bake Shop—including their famous gooey cinnamon rolls and supersonic cookies. Know Before You Go Savoury Grounds operates daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., re-opening on Friday and Saturday nights from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Whole bean coffee can be purchased by the bag and ground to order for home brewing.
