Sangeetha Veg Menu & What to Order The kitchen operates with surgical precision when it comes to fermented rice batters and tempering spices, yielding crackling Ghee Roast Dosas and theatrical six-foot dosas made to feed an entire table. The multi-dish Sangeetha Thali is essential eating, loading stainless steel platters with robust sambar, fiery rasam, vegetable kootu, and fresh chutneys, while the crisp Gobi 65 provides a crunchy, curry-leaf-flecked starter. Operating hours run noon until 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, expanding from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
