Operating as an exclusive skyward sanctuary, it serves hotel residents and private guests looking for elevated relaxation, morning tea ceremonies, and curated evening drinks away from the downtown rush.

Sakura Lounge Menu & What to Order Mornings showcase an expansive Japanese à la carte breakfast menu featuring classic tamagoyaki rolled omelets, miso-glazed salmon, steamed koshihikari rice, and seasonal fresh fruits alongside western breakfast favorites. Throughout the afternoon and evening, the lounge serves refined light bites rooted in Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Japanese-Peruvian culinary tradition: crispy Rock Shrimp Tempura tossed in creamy spicy sauce, Yellowtail Sashimi with jalapeño and yuzu soy, and tender Wagyu beef sliders on toasted milk buns.
