The bi-level room is bright and minimalist, finished with pale timber, lush hanging greenery, and large street-facing picture windows. Seating includes window counters overlooking the Bloor strip alongside a handful of small café tables suited for casual solo lunch breaks or quick coffee catch-ups.

Rustle & Still Menu & What to Order The kitchen pairs inventive lunchtime fare with direct-trade Vietnamese coffee, sourcing single-origin beans ethically from indigenous K'ho farmers in Dalat. The standout drink order is the vibrant Iced Matcha Pandan Latte, sweetened with real house-made pandan syrup, alongside strong traditional cà phê sữa đá. For food, order the Deluxe Bánh Mì layered with Vietnamese cold cuts and house pâté, the Garlicky Shrimpo banh mi, or the vegan-friendly Gochujang Tofu & Mushroom sandwich with rich walnut pâté.
