Roast Aroma Menu & What to Order The lineup centers on ethically sourced single-origin coffees, featuring lots like the red honey-processed Costa Rican and naturally processed Brazilian beans. For the ultimate showcase of their roasting craft, skip standard batch brews and order a manual pour-over or a Belgium balance siphon coffee, which produces a silken cup of striking clarity.
