Ristorante Monte Cassino

What is Ristorante Monte Cassino? Located along Chesswood Drive in York University Heights, Ristorante Monte Cassino serves as the culinary and banquet operation for the sprawling Montecassino Hotel & Event Centre. Rather than functioning as a standard walk-in trattoria, the dining room operates on a grand scale, staging formal Italian banquets across classic ballrooms that accommodate up to 800 seated guests. The ambiance leans traditional and gala-ready, fitted with round banquet tables dressed for milestone family celebrations and corporate gatherings.

Ristorante Monte Cassino Menu & What to Order Catering packages highlight time-honoured Italian banquet cuisine tailored for large-scale entertaining. Feasts typically open with an architectural antipasto tower and hot passed hors d'oeuvres before transitioning into multi-course plated dinners featuring seasonal pastas and crisp California salads. For the main course, the grilled veal chop stands out for its tenderness and classic pan sauces, followed by an elaborate Montecassino deluxe sweet table paired with crepe gelato.
