Qoba Bakery Menu & What to Order The centerpiece of production is the Naan-e Afghani, a traditional long, oval-shaped flatbread pressed with signature furrowed patterns and baked on the inner walls of high-temperature tandoor ovens until crusty on the outside and soft inside. The bakery also bakes Roghani naan brushed with oil and sprinkled with toasted sesame and nigella seeds, as well as hearty whole wheat loaves. For dessert, pick up a wedge of traditional Roote cake—a spiced, dense Afghan sweet cake flavored with cardamom, rose water, and sesame.
