Porchetta & Co.

What is Porchetta & Co.? Operating inside the Kitchen Hub Food Hall at 1121 Castlefield Avenue, this Fairbank counter delivers chef Nick auf der Mauer’s cult-favourite roasted pork and crisp poultry to midtown Toronto. The setup strips away traditional dining room atmosphere in favor of a commercial food hall format tailored for rapid takeout orders and delivery couriers. Seated table service and patios do not exist here; expect a streamlined waiting area with ordering kiosks built for efficiency.

Porchetta & Co. Menu & What to Order The undisputed standard is the Porchetta House Special, featuring slow-roasted, herb-marinated pork shoulder wrapped in cured belly and topped with crackling, truffle sauce, parmesan, mustard, and hot sauce on a sourdough bun. Chicken fans should pivot to the O.G. Fried Chicken sandwich, built around a juicy buttermilk-brined thigh with herb ranch and crunchy pickles. Offset the caloric heft with a punchy side of garlic chili rapini, and pair the spread with cold sodas or local craft cans.

Know Before You Go Reservations are not accepted given the ghost-kitchen model, so plan to order ahead online or tap the on-site touchscreen kiosks upon arrival. Drivers will find ample surface parking within the Castlefield industrial complex, though weekend dinner rushes often see heavy delivery driver traffic. The counter runs daily from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m.
