Pokeworks

What is Pokeworks? Operating out of the lower-level food hall inside The Well at Front and Spadina, Pokeworks brings high-volume, Hawaiian-inspired raw fish bowls to Wellington Place. The setup is built for rapid counter service, catering to midday office workers and neighbourhood locals who grab their trays to sit in the complex's sprawling communal seating areas.

Pokeworks Menu & What to Order Customization drives the concept through the 'Poke Your Way' format, letting diners build out bowls, salads, or nori-wrapped poke burritos over seasoned sushi rice. Signature builds remove the decision fatigue, led by the fiery 'Spicy Ahi' tossed in sriracha aioli and the cleaner, citrus-forward 'Yuzu Ponzu Salmon'. Don't skip the Hawaiian snack staples on the side, particularly the warm 'Garlic Spam Musubi' and the crisp, stuffed 'Dynamite Lobster Poke Bomb'.

Know Before You Go It is entirely walk-in counter service with no reservations, so prepare for peak weekday queues between noon and 1:30 p.m. The Well is easily reached via the 504 King or 510 Spadina streetcars, with extensive underground parking on-site if arriving by car. The counter operates seven days a week, opening at 11:00 a.m. and running until 9:30 p.m. most nights, with extended hours until 10:30 p.m. on weekends.
