The Umami Ahi and Yuzu Ponzu Salmon deliver clean, fresh-cut fish tossed with sweet onions, hijiki seaweed, and tangy citrus marinades, while the Luxe Lobster and Sweet Sesame Chicken cater to cooked-protein cravings. Know Before You Go Service is strictly walk-in counter ordering with no reservations accepted, moving swiftly even during the peak noon-hour and weekend shopping rushes. The shop runs daily from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. (and until 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays).
