Pistacchio Menu & What to Order The signature masterpiece is the Halal Beef Mortadella with Whole Pistachios (Kalbas Pistachio), a finely emulsified beef charcuterie naturally smoked over hardwood and generously studded with crunchy green Iranian pistachios and cracked black peppercorns. Customers can purchase whole logs or custom deli slices of Smoked Chicken Mortadella with Pistachios, rich Smoked Beef Jambon, and garlic-infused Halal Beef Frankfurters. At the retail counter, order a freshly assembled Persian Cold Cut Submarine Sandwich, layering paper-thin slices of pistachio mortadella with Persian pickled cucumbers (khiarshoor), ripe tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and tangy garlic mayonnaise on a fresh crusty baguette.
