Founded by master ice cream maker Halil Gokce alongside his daughter Zehra, the intimate shop brings the storied traditions of Maraş dondurması from Nazilli, Turkey, directly to Midtown Toronto. Characterized by wild orchid salep root and mastic resin, traditional Turkish ice cream is famous for its thick, elastic, and stretchy texture that resists melting even under the summer sun, served from stainless-steel churns with traditional long-handled brass paddles.

Pink Ice Cream Menu & What to Order Every scoop here is churned in-house using pure milk, rich cream, and natural flavourings. The Burnt Milk Maraş Dondurma is the house signature, offering a distinctive caramelized milk profile with a chewy, ribbon-like stretch. The Roasted Pistachio is intensely nutty, studded throughout with premium crushed green pistachios. Fruit lovers gravitate toward the Dried Fig ice cream—made with sweet Turkish figs—or the tart and vibrant Red Currant Sour Cherry. For deeper earthy notes, order the Tahini Walnut or the velvety Banana Almond blend. Traditional warm semolina halva is also offered alongside scoops for an authentic contrast of temperatures and textures.

Know Before You Go Pink Ice Cream operates Tuesday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM; closed on Mondays. Seating inside the cozy unit is minimal, making this primarily a stroll-and-eat experience along St. Clair West. Take the 512 St. Clair streetcar directly to Christie Street, right across from the shop. Metered street parking lines both sides of St. Clair Avenue West.
